Boscotech is a Vocational Training Institute run by the Don Bosco Society in order to impart knowledge and skill to the underprivileged section of the society, mainly to the school or college dropouts. It was established in the year 2005, under the umbrella of Don Bosco Tech India which already has over 130 Vocational Training Institutes all over India. It offers job oriented training programmes with emphasis on communication and life-coping skills.
Boscotech offers training in Computer Hardware & Networking, Modern Office Management, Tally Financial Accounting Programme, General Welding, Tailoring and Wiring as six months regular courses. It also offers short term training programmes conducted every two months in Spoken English, Basic Computer and Tally.ERP 9. Classes are conducted daily for two hours length. These are purely skill enhancement training programmes for students, employed or self employed youth, business men, executives, or for ambitious house wives.
The institution has a separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Preference for the hostel is given to those outstation students coming from other states or faraway places. Special care and attention is given to the personality development and overall growth of those residing in the hostel.
Don Bosco Tech India has a well networked placement support system. There are 10 zonal placement offices which in turn are monitored by a well staff and highly efficient Centre placement office at Delhi. Candidates are given a full year of placement and in-job support. We have already placed over 1200 candidates in reputed companies/firms.
